Summary: When we arrived about an hour before check in we asked if we could check in and we were simply told none of the rooms were ready. We asked if there was an early check in option and it was a no. Not a “let me see if your room is ready and maybe we can accommodate.” It was just “no.” The pillows were cheap. The kind of pillows that quickly go from semi comfortable to flat. The sheets were completely unbreathable so you’d go from cold to sweating in a few minutes. Room service never cleaned our room. We were there for 3 nights. Trash was never taken out, towels never replaced, bed never made. The TV only had cable. Separate from this, it was a really cute hotel. Staff was quite friendly separate from the check in experience. It was nice to have some simple free food in the lobby. The outside seating area and lawn were great! And the sandwich shop across the street was amazing.
